• Automatically save scanned data to Google Sheets in their Google Drive
• Organize scanned data in separate sheets
• Manage and export their data through Google Sheets

The Service integrates with Google Drive and Google Sheets to provide seamless data storage and management.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid Google account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

4. Account and Registration

4.1 Google Account Authentication

• You must sign in using a valid Google account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

7. Google Drive and Sheets Integration

7.1 Authorization

• You grant us permission to access your Google Drive through OAuth 2.0
• We use the drive.file scope, which only allows access to files created by our application
• We do not access any other files in your Google Drive

7.2 Data Storage

• All scanned data is stored in YOUR Google Drive
• We do NOT store your scanned data on our servers
• You retain full ownership and control of your data
• You are responsible for managing your Google Drive storage

7.3 Revoking Access

• You can revoke our access at any time through Google Account Permissions
• Revoking access will prevent the Service from functioning
• Your data will remain in your Google Drive after revoking access

8. Camera Access

8.1 Permission

• The Service requires camera access to scan QR codes
• You must grant camera permission for the Service to function
• Camera access is used ONLY for real-time QR code scanning

8.2 Privacy

• Camera feed is processed locally on your device
• No photos or videos are captured, stored, or transmitted
• Camera access can be revoked through your browser settings

9. Service Availability

9.1 Uptime

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may add, remove, or change features without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10.2 Data Backup

You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or deletion of your data. We recommend regularly exporting your data from Google Sheets.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Our Rights

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. 16. Termination

Upon termination: Your right to use the Service will immediately cease; Your data will remain in your Google Drive; We may delete any session or temporary data; Sections of these Terms that should survive will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, Jharkhand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
